Description:
The Allen-Bradley 1746-IB16 is a 16-point DC input module for the SLC 500 programmable controller system.
It accepts DC input signals in the 10–30 V range and transfers the on/off status of connected field devices to the controller.
The 16 input channels allow multiple discrete signals to be monitored through a single module.
Designed for installation in an SLC 500 chassis, the 1746-IB16 provides digital input monitoring for control applications using DC-operated switches and other discrete field devices.
